I recently took a two-day workshop during which I learned to marble my own paper. Our instructor, Galen Berry, did a fantastic job demonstrating various techniques, then letting us try each out on our own. I left the workshop with close to 20 sheets of marbled papers, which I have been using to create Book Charms. Thank you, Galen, for sharing your expertise! More good news! We recently added a new product to the Book Charms line: Christmas ornaments, which also double as gift tags. Each is a book – approximately 1 ¾ inch X 1 ½” – and hangs from darling wire hangers created by my Etsy friend, Rae Lambert, in Ohio. They will be making their debut at various craft shows this holiday season, including the Friends of Well Library show, the Pumpkin Festival in Saco, Sea Road Holiday Fair and during Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport.
